Lo Spaccio del Casaro

The Spaccio del Casaro is a well-stocked shop along the Via Emilia, specialising in PDO Parmigiano Reggiano. It boasts a wide range of it, produced with milk from different breeds, such as the Holstein Friesian, the Reggiana Red Cow and the Swiss Brown, ranging from 18 to over 60 months aging.
