Lo Spaccio 1965

The Spaccio 1965 is a well-stocked shop of PDO Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, along the Via Asolana, boasting a wide range of it. This cheese is produced with milk from different breeds, such as the Holstein Friesian, the Reggiana Red Cow and the Swiss Brown, ranging from 18 to over 60 months aging. We offer typical local cold meats, as well as the classic PDO Parma ham, wines from Emilia and a careful selection of regional Italian products.
