Baccanelli is the large store Silvano Romani has in via la Spezia (Parma), which a recent restyling has embellished and made even more appealing. The store has three product-specific corners. At the entrance, the bakery corner offers fresh bread, bakery products and salted delicacies made by Panificio Giacomazzi.  On the other side of the room, the gourmet butcher’s corner has an appealing counter of selected meats and semi-finished food prepared by Renato, as well as a refrigerator for meat maturation where mouth-watering cuts specifically selected for barbecues are left to “age”. In the third corner customers can find typical selections by Silvano Romani: Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese of different ageing made with milk from different cow breeds, a long counter of selected and refined cheeses, fresh home-made pasta, and a large cellar of cured meat products, including Prosciutto di Parma PDO, which is also sold in knife-cut slices, different types of salami, Spalla Cotta di San Secondo, and a selection of the best local cured meat products. The offer is completed by wines which are an allure for the eyes and the palate!
