The shop is found in a 15th century Lazzaretto on Via Emilia, right at the entrance to Parma. It was first opened by the Romani family in the early 1960s and was later taken over by Silvano Romani, the son.
Silvano merged tradition with an in-depth knowledge of the territory and brought about one of the cured meats shops of note in our city.
In addition to a wide range of all types of cured meats and cheeses, both Italian and other, there are countless wines and champagnes, oil and balsamic vinegar of various brands and origins, while the adjacent kitchen produces dishes of the Parmigiana tradition for takeaway and outdoor events. Particular care is placed on displaying the products and on the careful and enthusiastic service of the partners assigned to the clientele.
